MATTINOW, Damoign -- A 42-year-old man has been arrested for harassment after making obscene phone calls to the office of Damoign Governor Jenna Duvan.
Cary Rebbel from Harristown, a suburb on Grassadellia City's southern edge, was arrested and charged with harassment after making repeated obscene phone calls to the governor's office.
In one message, Rebbel allegedly said he "wanted to suck on Duvan's toes," according to a police report released by the Damoign State Police.
In another recorded phone call, Rebbel made graphic sexual comments about the governor, police say.
Rebbel also posted similar comments on Duvan's official Facebook page. The posts were deleted but retrieved by police after they filed a subpoena with the tech giant.
The suspect told police he thinks Duvan is "sexy" and that he has a sexual fetish that involves women's feet.
Police say Rebbel does not know the governor personally and has never met her, and he has no known connections to her campaign, her office or her staff members.
Rebbel was released from the Gregorson County Jail on $5,000 bond, and was ordered by a judge to not have any communication with the governor's office or staff members.
A spokesperson for the governor declined to comment.
The incident comes as a Grassadellia City fashion designer is set to publish a new picture book about Duvan's extensive stiletto collection.
A former model, the governor, age 39, is known for her attractiveness and impeccable appearance. She is often the subject of media attention for her sex appeal and chic outfits, and she is almost always seen wearing designer stilettos.
The book, called "In Jenna's Shoes," is a pictorial collection, with written commentary and anecdotes about the various stiletto shoes Duvan has been photographed in over the years. It's written by famed fashion designer and Duvan's close friend, Marc Gettes.
The book will be on sale June 12.
